Do you offer free shipping? (Australia & New Zealand)

Our promise is to save you time and money wherever possible by keeping delivery costs fair, low and fully transparent.

In order to keep your costs down and our pricing simple, regular delivery is free within Australia and New Zealand, on orders over $100.

Do you offer express post?

If you require your order more urgently, we offer express post for a flat rate of $25.00 within Australia only. Express post is sent with Australia Post Express and usually takes 1 -2 days for metro areas and 2 – 3 days for regional areas. Orders received before 11:00am AEST will be sent the same business day.

Do you offer international shipping?

International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. We ship to all countries. International shipping is a flat rate of $35.00.

When will I receive my order?

All orders in Australia are shipped via Australia Post. Orders received after 11:00am AEST will be sent the next business day. Standard delivery to anywhere in Australia is 3-8 business days. International shoppers should expect up to 14 days delivery from purchase date.

You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched, to help you track your items.

What is your return and refund policy?

In the event that you change your mind about a full price purchase we’re happy to offer an exchange or refund within 14 days from date received, as long as the product is in its original condition, un-worn, not washed and tags are still attached. Please note that the return shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We reserve the right to reject returns beyond the return policy period limit or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.

All returns remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Stella. We strongly recommend using a tracking number and signature on delivery.

Returns must be sent back with the return slip.

Refunds can only be made to the original payment method. In the case that the original payment method is no longer available a credit will be issued.

Returns received outside the 14 days will be issued a credit for the online store. Credit notes are valid for 6 months.

Can I return a clearance item?

All sale purchases (clearance items) are final. This does not include temporary promotions (ie VIP days, flash sales, etc) unless specified. 

Please note: Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns, and customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We reserve the right to deduct the cost of return shipping from the sender where an order has been incorrectly marked return to sender. We are unable to provide reimbursement of shipping costs unless it has been discussed before the item being posted.

What if I need a different size or want to exchange my full price item?

We stand behind the quality of our clothing, therefore if a full price item doesn’t meet your expectations we will happily exchange, credit or refund you, as long as the product is returned unused with its packaging, including all original tags and any sewn labels still attached in its original salable condition within 14 days of receipt.

If you would like an exchange please contact our team as soon as possible to see if the size is available. Once we receive your item back we will send out the new size. Please note we cannot hold stock and can only exchange sizes once, so check our size guide for additional information.

To avoid disappointment and delay, we recommend that you place a new order for the item you require. Then process your original return as normal. That way you are guaranteed the item and will receive it quicker.

Supply chain - The decline of the Australian-based manufacturing industry limits our on-shore production possibilities.

Stella Clothing strives to produce the highest quality garments in line with sustainable practices with our offshore manufacturers. We have our very-own offshore manufacturer based in Nanjing China, that operates with ethical, social, and environmental standards for all employees.


We strive to reduce our impact on the environment, working towards sustainable packaging.

By mid-2023 100% of our online packaging will be biodegradable. Our current packaging is made from recycled plastic.

By mid-2023 100% of our labelling and tags will be made from recycled or biodegradable materials.
