In order to keep your costs down and our pricing simple, regular delivery is free within Australia and New Zealand!


Express Post Option. (Within Australia Only)

If you require your order more urgently, we offer express post for a flat rate of $25.00. Express post is sent with Australia Post and usually takes 1 -2 days for metro areas and 2 – 3 days for regional areas. Orders received before 10:30am will be sent the same day. 

International Shipping is a flat rate of $20.00

International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.

Delivery Times

All orders in Australia are shipped via Sendle unless the express option is chosen or it is a PO Box. Orders received by 12 noon will be sent the following morning. Standard delivery to anywhere in Australia is 3-8 business days. International shoppers should expect up to 14 days delivery from purchase date.

You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched, to help you track your items.

Stock Availability

If a style is low in stock or is no longer available on our website, be sure to contact your nearest Myer store for product availability.

Returns, Refunds + Exchange


In the event that you change your mind about a purchase we’re happy to offer an exchange or refund within 14 days from date received, as long as the product is in its original condition and tags are still attached. Please note that the return shipping and handling charges are not refundable. 

Need a different size/colour or just a change of mind?

We stand behind the quality of our clothing, therefore if an order doesn’t meet your expectations we will happily exchange, credit or refund you, as long as the product is returned unused with its packaging, including all original tags and any sewn labels still attached in its original saleable condition within 14 days of receipt.

We’re unable to refund, exchange or return an item where the product is returned damaged or marked. 

Preparing your item for return

When returning an item we ask that you enclose a copy of the tax invoice, order confirmation email or delivery note as proof of purchase, and also complete the return note listing a reason for return with the item. The item will remain your responsibility until it reaches us.

Upon safe receipt of your returned unused item, we will inspect the item before advising you by email that it has been processed. We will then refund your item at the purchase price. In the event that you have requested an exchange for an item that is no longer available, you will be advised and issued a refund at the purchase price.

Order cancellation

Should you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched, please contact us in writing at If your order has been dispatched, you will need to return the order to us, as above.

Faulty Item

We aim to always represent and dispatch quality garments. If you believe the item you have received is faulty, please contact us via email as soon as possible, quoting your order number, name and address, and as many details as possible about the product including a photo if possible, its fault and whether you require a refund or exchange. Please advise us within seven days of receipt of the faulty item, to allow us to resolve the matter quickly and have the product replaced for you.

Wrong Item

If you have received an item that is not what you had originally ordered, please contact us via email immediately, quoting your order number, name and address, details of the product received and product originally ordered, and whether you require a refund or replacement. We will then be in touch with advice on how you should proceed with the return.
